Join us on Historic Stone Street in Lower Manhattan for an open-air, cobblestone celebration of the craft of cooperage. Featuring Barrel-Aged Cocktails, Draft Cocktails and Punches, Cask Ales, Barrel-Aged Beers and Select Rare Wines, we are paying homage to unsung heroes of the bar world, the craftsmen and women who create barrels, kegs, barriques, firkins and pins... without which drinking would be a much duller business. Discover the wonders of micro-oxidation, pressurization, re-fermentation and the angel's share. Its open to all and pay as you go. A great opportunity to get a break from the saloons and do some quality outdoor drinking. Traditional street food will be offered also.
