Executive Chef Joseph Mallol has created a menu of tapas-style small plates that compliment both wine and whiskey. Communal dining among the table is encouraged with made to share selections including short rib sliders, shrimp & chorizo skewers, tuna tartare tacos and kobe beef burger. Daily specials including soups, salads and entrees rotate throughout the week and feature seasonal ingredients.
